The merchandise is placed in our warehouse, and all data about it is entered into our integrated information system, ensuring the status of each item is constantly monitored.
If it is required, we will prepare the merchandise for sale according to your guidelines – we will label, package, repackage, bundle and pack your merchandise in any way you wish in order to turn it into the final product.
Depending on your needs and activity areas we will move your products from our central warehouse to other storage locations in other countries.
Working within the pre-arranged schedule, you can easily send us shipment orders either manually or automatically, depending on the extent of your system’s integration with our platform.
We prepare and ship orders to your customers according to your guidelines and instructions, using the delivery method chosen by you (courier services, postal services etc.). As an option, we can arrange to confirm each order by phone before shipping.
If you customers pay on delivery, we manage the payments and transfer them into your account.
We manage reverse logistics processes, proceeding complaints and warranty claims in compliance with your procedures.
At the end of each month you receive a detailed report, covering cost and KPI summaries.
